We come to your home and perform an on-site home staging evaluation inside and outside with recommendations of what you need to do to make your home more marketable. This prioritized “to do” list will help you with all of your pre-staging tasks. Homeowner or Realtor takes notes while Stager talks. Home Staging Evaluation Package $150. You can recoup home staging fees many times over and above your staging investment.
