Today’s real estate market is changing and the way Realtors do business is changing. Buyers are increasingly going to the internet to look for homes. You know what they say, “A picture is worth a thousand words”. In areas where competition is stiff, staging your home is mandatory.
It is important for your listing to present well and photograph well. Do you want your listing to look like the Goodwill or Walmart or would you rather have it show like Neiman Marcus or Bloomingdales?
Without staging your listing, it will most likely sell for less, take longer to sell, or never sell. Realtors work too hard to see a listing expire with no sale. Sellers are frustrated and rarely recommend an agent who couldn’t sell their house. You feel bad, the seller feels worse.
