Redesigning is not as severe as home staging. With staging you are marketing a product, the house. With redesign you are turning a house into a home. Redesign when you want to live in the house.

After you determine your target market then your house is staged accordingly. Not hiring an Accredited Home Staging Professional is one of the biggest mistakes people make when selling their home.
