Getting started with your home staging project
Make a plan. Decide what needs to be done and in what time line. You can keep costs down by doing a lot of the obvious work like clearing clutter, cleaning organizing, repairing and manicuring the yard. Then decide what you want to delegate. If your time line is short you may have to delegate more, but try to plan ahead to save money. Then you will have more money to spend on the things you have to hire out. Have a stager come in and put the finishing touches on your home. This may be the whole house or just the rooms that will give the most impact depending on your goals, timeline and budget.
