Know your market.  Are young families moving into your neighborhood, or retirees?

Knowing your buyer profile will help you stage the house accordingly.  You wouldn’t stage the house the same for an up and coming single as you would an over 55 retiree.

Young people respond more to homes that reflect the latest styles.  Home Staging correctly helps the buyer imagine themselves in your property.  Why am I telling you all of this? Price, it affects the price.
