What rooms are most important for me to stage?
As a general rule, I stage the rooms you can see first. Start at the front door and walk through your home the way a buyer would. You want the buyer to feel like they are being guided through the home and each room is welcoming them and leading them to the next. Kitchen and baths should sparkle. If you are on a limited budget, then by all means just stage a few of the rooms. There are many different staging plans starting at $150, depending on square footage and what needs to be done. Pick one that works for you.
